As a visionary leader with excellent management skills and a knack for directing company operations in a growth-minded direction, Dené du Randt has been pushing New Earth Machinery into the next phase of operations. Holding several accredited qualifications in various faculties at the University of Cape Town, most recently being in Import and Export Logistics and Executive Sales Management. With over 12 years of experience in the Earthmoving industry, Dené expanded New Earth Machinery globally within one year of operation.

Currently operating in numerous countries such as various African countries, United Arab Emirates, United States of America, Australia, various European countries and Saudi Arabia.

“I am well-known for my insistence on understanding every part of what a company does and how it operates, made possible by my drive to learn and ability to quickly integrate new concepts. I hope to continue expediting company development in the future.”

Willem holds 21 years of experience in the earthmoving industry. From rebuilding machines and components, to sourcing the right equipment for your needs.

“My strongest asset is my ability to build and maintain relationships. I have developed a long list of employers and businesses who turn to me when they need insight and guidance in the earthmoving industry.

I am now utilising my strong relationships and expertise to connect the parts and components industries throughout the world. Currently specialising in international sales and trade in both machinery and component sales.”

Curtis is an accomplished, results-driven sales professional offering over eight years of progressive sales experience. Proficient in consultative selling across various platforms, managing and building client relationships and consistent goal attainment.

He is adept at negotiating contracts, managing international logistics, and ensuring compliance with global trade regulations. Known for building strong client relationships and providing technical expertise on product specifications and applications.
